We are very pleased to welcome Tau S. Bui to the Le Gros Orteil team!
Born in Montreal, Tau S. Bui is passionate about arts management in Canada. She places the development of strong human relationships at the heart of her practice and believes deeply in the power of the collective, both in cultural management approaches and in issues of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA). After ten years in the private sector, she joined the cultural sector in 2012 and now has over twenty years of experience in administration. She has held positions as Director of Finance and Operations at the FTA, Director of Administration and Human Resources at Tangente Danse, and Interim Executive Director for several organizations, including Atelier Circulaire, Diversité Artistique Montréal, and La Machinerie des arts. Her rich and committed career path has allowed her to develop numerous projects serving the artistic community, in collaboration with partners across Canada and various funding organizations. In recent years, she has developed a particular interest in human resources, project management, and continuous process improvement. True to her values, she now joins Le Gros Orteil as Administrative Director. Welcome, Tau! We are delighted to have you with us and look forward to building the future together!
